Unit Access- Front door code 1-9-6-9 Wifi Name - V21501 Password - SKIVAIL501 ​Hot-Tub Door Code - 5105  We are very pleased you have chosen to make our Vail Condo your home in the mountains! Our hope is that you have a wonderful time, and create a lifetime of memories! We ask that you enjoy all that this wonderful setting has to offer, and treat it as you would treat your very own home.  Please be sure to record anything that you would like to share with us or other guests in the black guest book.   To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following information.   Directions- 521 E Lionshead Cir #501 Vail, CO 81657 From DIA - https://goo.gl/maps/ir5WpbvL8dn From Eagle/Vail Airport - https://goo.gl/maps/vV5WztRSyXB2 Parking- One parking space is available for use during your stay.  To access the parking  pull through the  lot and turn right to enter the parking area.  Park in the space marked unit Vail 21 #501, which is to the right of the entrance. ! During your stay you may use the loading spot located behind the Vail 21 building.  This loading area is marked for Vail 21 use and should only be used for 15 minutes at a time.  There is a luggage cart available for use.  It is located down the stairs and to your right, across from the elevator.  Please return to the same spot once you have finished using it.  Toiletries- We supply the initial personal size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and lotion, if you have not purchased any daily service these supplies will not be replenished during your stay.   Skis and snowboards- Please store skis and snowboards on the balcony.  A boot storage mat is located inside the front door.  Please remove boots prior to entering the unit.   Keys/Unit Access The front door code is 1969.   WiFi Access Code-  WiFi is provided.  The WiFi name is V21501 and the password is SKIVAIL501.  The internet provider is Comcast.   Fireplace- The fireplace is wood burning and logs are available on the balcony.  Limit use to 2 logs at a time.  The flue is continually open.   Fat wood is available in the copper pot by the fireplace.   Television- Cable is provided.  Utilize the Comcast remote in each room.  Apple TV is also available, you need to use the silver Apple TV remote and switch inputs.  Use your own iTunes account.  If you experience difficulty please contact Rent Vail.    Kitchen- We have both a standard and Keurig single cup unit.  The standard coffee maker is located in the cabinet facing the dining room.  The single cup is on the counter.  Pots and pans are also located in the cabinet facing the dining room as well as below the oven.  Silverware is located in the drawer facing the window.     Trash- All trash is to be removed at time of departure.  There is a trash shoot across from the elevator.  For larger items, there are dumpsters located behind the building, close to the loading area.   Laundry- The washer and dryer are located in the closet in the bedroom closest to the front door. When using the dryer make sure to clean the lint trap after every use.  The lint trap is in the back right corner inside the dryer.  The dryer is self venting and must have water to work.  The water bin should be filled at least 1 inch and is located on the floor to the right of the washer/dryer.   Pull Out Bed- Bedding for the pull out couch is located in the closet in the bedroom nearest the kitchen.   Hot tub & Sauna- The sauna is located on the 3rd floor, the key is on the lanyard by the front door.  The hot tub is located on the 6th floor. The door code is 5105. Hot tub hours are 3p-9p daily in the winter, and 10am to 6pm in the summer.   Hot tub towels are located in the drawers under the bed in the bedroom closest to the front door.    Pets- No pets.   Departure- When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to set the thermostats to 65.   Contact- If you need anything inside the condo, or have questions, just call Rent Vail 1-866-823-7368.   General Vail Information- There is a Vail Information Center located next to Starbucks in Lionshead.  The building has a blue awning.  They have trail maps and information about the area.   We certainly hope you enjoy your stay in Vail.   • A $250 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 
  • 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Partial or pro-rated refunds ARE NOT available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance." Contact us prior to or on the final payment to purchase travelers insurance. 
  • A full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of RentVail based on recovery of lost rents through re-booking.
